"Pocket 3 remains a superb stabilized video camera when heavily discounted, but buying it near its $499 list price is difficult after Pocket 4. Its exposed non-waterproof gimbal, fixed 20mm lens, 9.4MP stills, 3K vertical ceiling, required DJI Mimo activation, and short remaining guaranteed-update window are the compromises."
